If you choose to arrive Thursday, we encourage you to have a nice dinner in town then join us for a welcome reception in the Falcon Bar at The Equinox from 7-9PM. Yes, fingers crossed! We have a rain plan that will be shared with guests if needed, but plan on an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. The reception is inside the pond pavilion that has a beautiful large fireplace but will still have an outdoor feel with screen windows. Be sure to check the weather leading up to the wedding to pack correctly!

Dress code is Garden Formal. We'd love to see our guests in color, textures and patterns! Our bridal party is wearing black.

Please arrive by 3:45 PM as the last shuttle from the Resort Lobby to Equinox Pond is at 4:15 PM. If you miss the last shuttle, you will miss the ceremony as you cannot drive to the ceremony site yourself. A refreshing drink will be awaiting you upon arrival at Equinox Pond!

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the resort at the back of the building and you have the option to drop passengers off out front first. You can leave your car parked there overnight if needed and the Equinox shuttle may be able to drop you off at your hotel at the end of the night. See travel page for additional details.

The shuttle will provide transport from the Equinox Lobby prior to ceremony from 3:45 PM to 4:15 PM. Transport will then pause for the duration of the ceremony and resume again at the start of cocktail hour at 5:00 PM, from which point the shuttle will be accessible to all guests for the remainder of the evening. In addition to the Equinox Resort, the shuttle can also drop guests off at other select hotels in Manchester if you are drinking. See Travel tab for details.

No need! Food will be served buffet style with plenty of allergy-friendly options available. Please indicate in your RSVP if you have any allergies.
